Anti-Trust and Competition Law

ResponsibleGlass is committed to complying with all relevant anti-trust and competition laws and regulations. It is a condition of participation that everyone in any meeting is required to comply at all times with those laws and regulations. Failure to do so can lead to extremely serious consequences for ResponsibleGlass and all participants. These may include heavy fines and, in some jurisdictions, criminal liability and imprisonment for individuals. ResponsibleGlass asks that all participants adhere to anti-trust and competition laws and regulations at all times.

In the event of any potentially inappropriate discussions, the Chair of the meeting or any other ResponsibleGlass representative has the right to act immediately by giving appropriate guidance and by ending any potentially illegal behaviour. This includes terminating the meeting. ResponsibleGlass recognises that social or other informal gatherings attended by competitors also represent a risk under anti-trust and competition law. Everyone present is responsible for respecting the relevant laws and regulations and avoiding commercially sensitive subjects in the same way as at formal meetings.
