Chair
Francis is an experienced independent chair who works with other standard-setting organisations.
Jeremy Warrick
AI Factory Executive Director, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)
Jeremy has 20 years of experience in tech, building data-driven software with a focus on AI and sustainability.
Alan Knight
Raw Material Representative
Alan is WE Soda’s Chief Sustainability Officer with experience in sustainability standards.
Jeremy Small
Company Secretary
Jeremy is WE Soda’s Company Secretary. He has a technical, commercial and international background with experience in governance, regulation and company law in the financial services, manufacturing and services industries.

Project Director
Ali is an experienced project manager and communications expert with experience in co-creating environmentally focused start up initiatives including FSC, Climate Group and ResponsibleSteel.
Matthew Wenban-Smith
Standards Lead
Matthew has thirty years of experience on the development of sustainability standards, from the Forest Stewardship Council through to ResponsibleSteel.
Mike Greenall
Advisor
Mike’s 40-year career in the glass industry includes heading up R&D for the Japanese Glass Manufacturer NSG covering areas of Solar, Architectural, Automotive and speciality glass markets.
Aeman Junaid
Standards Consultant
Providing expertise in climate risk, ESG reporting, and sustainability strategy across industrial value chains.
